Leaseco Realty Inc. was formed in 1986 by its founding partners Jim Mitchell and Garry Holbrook.
Today the company provides fully integrated brokerage, development and management service. Leaseco is responsible for the leasing and management of a variety of retail and mixed use developments throughout Calgary and the surrounding area. Leaseco works closely with its affiliate companies 1)Beltline Real Estate Holdings Ltd., 2)Certus Developments Inc., 3)Edron Real Estate Holdings Inc., 4)Leaseco Realty Inc., and 5)The Shoppes of South Trail Ltd.
