If you are interested in becoming a tenant here is some important information you should know.
Most new development projects are substantially pre leased prior to construction.
Retail and office leases are usually triple net leases, which means the tenant pays basic rent, sign rent, operating costs, realty taxes, and utilities specific to each premises. All rental costs are calculated on an annual basis and paid monthly.
While many of the properties on our website appear to be 100% leased we do maintain a list of interested parties, and often these properties are re-leased without necessarily appearing as a listing. If you are interested we would encourage you to let us know as soon as possible. We will require the use, size of premsies, and something that tells us about your buisness experience.
