Our latest project is the re-creation and renovation of Centre 1000 a mixed use retail office building. By redesigning the building exterior and expanding the street level retail we are able to extend a vibrant commercial node from the Tigerstedt Block starting at 8th Avenue to the soon to open Sorella restaurant by Mercato at the corner of 10th Avenue. Adding more shops and cafes to the Crescent Heights community.
